In Fourbechies, at the heart of the Hainaut region, the Rucher de la Sautizelle is a small-scale beekeeping business run by Philippe and Marie. Passionate about their craft, they oversee every stage of the process, from the hive to the finished product, working in harmony with the seasons and the bees. Their honeys, harvested from spring to summer, reflect the rich variety of the local flora. The apiary also offers honey-based products, beeswax creations and an artisanal honey wine under the brand FourBeezZ. Tours and tastings offer the chance to discover authentic, local expertise.
