Making a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by the Maison du Tourisme Pays des Lacs and Maison du Tourisme du Pays de Charleroi, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Privacy Commission, which is becoming the Belgian Data Protection Authority on 25 May 2018 (https://www.privacycommission.be/).
