In La Malterie shop, discover the chef’s passion for flavour and authenticity: a selection of artisanal and natural products from Chimay and its region. Butter, cheeses, escabeche, terrines, beers, alcohol and wines, as well as other products on request. Another star product: the house champagne, a vintage reserved for La Malterie. Give your loved ones gift vouchers that are valid both in the shop and restaurant, so that they may discover delectable treats find an authentic local product or enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic meal. The dishes are also available to take away.

All year round, from Thursday to Monday: from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 18:30 to 23:00
