With Didier, a craft cutler, come and forge and assemble your knife for a day in an individual workshop in which a meal is cooked from seasonal and local produce by a qualified chef. A fun, educational and gourmet activity! All the knives, whether they are kitchen, camp or folding knives, etc. are made by his own hand. It all takes place in a family atmosphere with meticulous instruction in creating your knife. And if you feel like it, you can hone your cutlery making skills with more in-depth training.
