In business for five generations, the family farm was taken over by Eric and his wife back in 1999.
As well as offering consumers access to healthy food, this farming couple's aim is "to ensure that this legacy is passed on". The Elevage de Presles Farm transforms the milk it produces into a wide range of products: butter, yoghurt, ice-cream, cheeses and other desserts.
