Espinette de Thiérache, a 100% natural drink with no added aromas, colourings and preservatives, was developed in Chimay, as a result of a passion and dedication for pleasing all palates. The mix of blackthorn sap and wine help to shape the surprising flavours and aromas of Espinette. The producer will explain every step involved in brewing this delicious beverage in detail. Four colours of Espinette are available: rosé, red, white and clear. This aperitif can be enjoyed alone, with cold or hot dishes and is an excellent ingredient when cooking.
