Promenade Magritte

Description

In the pedestrian precinct o fthe city centre, the Magritte walk is an historic and artistic reminder of René Magritte’s stay in Châtelet, where he spent the years of his youth from 1904 to 1917. Ground inlays and works by different artists have been scattered all along the route : Evelyne Lemaire, Charles De Rouck, Alphonse Darville, Léon Moisse et Jean-Michel Folon.
