Marche Saint-Fiacre

Description

On the first Sunday in May, at 7:30 a.m., a shout sounds: "Drum Major, for the call, left foot forward, march!"

At 9.30am the Mass in honor of Saint Fiacre is held. At the end of it, at 11 am, the procession takes its departure to make its solemn re-entry around 12:30.

The procession starts again at 4pm: a ceremony is held at the cemetery in honor of the deceased walkers and the procession continues towards the village. Around 8 pm, the company returned to the village, followed by a square battalion.

On Monday at 10am, a mass is celebrated in honor of the walkers, followed by a parade in the village. At 8 pm, the company will be back in session, and around 9 pm, the traditional torchlight retreat begins.
