By the Eau d’Heure Lakes

Discover (or rediscover) the Eau d'Heure Lakes, the largest nautical complex in Belgium, comprising five lakes, 70 kilometres of banks, 600 hectares of lakes and an equal amount of forests and meadows. For your information, this inland ocean was built in the 1970s to supply the Charleroi-Brussels canal, and to ensure the regular flow of the Sambre river to Charleroi. Allow yourself to be carried away by the enchanting sensation of riding along the charming Féronval, Eau d’Heure and Plate Taille lakes. End on a dazzling high near the Cerfontaine aerodrome, where outdoor adrenaline junkies will be blown away.
