Ragnies, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia

Ragnies, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia

Description

Ragnies is located in a rural landscape, along the Marais stream. Formerly the lordship of the Abbey of Lobbes, this peaceful village surrounded by woods is wonderfully consistent for walkers. There are large limestone and brick farms located at the edge of the village, of which its inhabitants are proud. Saint-Martin church in the centre is listed. It has been redesigned several times and retains some Roman sections. Starting in the square, the signposted route will allow you to discover all of its treasures.
